Crispin is the founder and CEO of The Coders Guild, a pioneering organisation in the tech education sector dedicated to expanding access to high-quality digital skills training across the UK. With over 20 years of experience in software development, Crispin has led initiatives that bridge the digital skills gap, including the creation of the Software Developer Level 4 Apprenticeship.
Lucy is an experienced sales professional with experience across Education,Recruitment, FMCG and Property in Asia, the US and the UK. As an Employer Engagement officer at The Coders Guild, Lucy specialises in forging dynamic partnerships between forward thinking companies and innovative training programs and helping companies upskill their teams with government funding.
